The Pavillions at the Encore Awards showcase the best of Rhode Island's Chefs and Designers. Studio1011 was paired with famed chef and chocolatier Andrew Shotts of Garrison Confections (voted Food Network's best Chocolatier, 2008). We developed the theme "sugar machine" and created a sugary industrial landscape with a central stage area where Chef Shotts created a feature sugar sculpture. The environment earned the People's Choice Award for Best Pavillion.
